Case No. SWMP25-01: Applicant Brian Harris has submitted a major stormwater permit application for property located at 86 Zona Drive and shown on Tax Map 13, Parcel 12, pursuant to Brewster Town Code Chapter 272 and its accompanying Regulations. The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to approve the major stormwater permit, as well as any waivers from said Regulations deemed necessary and applicable.
Case No. PB2025-01: Applicants Besse Cartway House LLC and Besse Cartway Cottage LLC seek endorsement of an Approval Not Required Plan for property located at 180 and 218 W. H. Besse Cartway, shown on Tax Map 83 Parcels 62 and 63, within the Residential Medium Density (R-M) and Residential Rural (R-R) Zoning Districts. The plan is pursuant to MGL c. 41 §81L and §81P and §290-4 of the Brewster Subdivision Rules and Regulations. The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to endorse the Approval Not Required Plan.
Public Hearing on Proposed Zoning Amendments to the Brewster Zoning Bylaw, Chapter 179, Related to the Water Quality Protection District and Other Related Amendments: The Brewster Planning Board will consider proposed amendments to the Brewster Zoning Bylaw, Chapter 179, Water Quality Protection District and amendments related thereto including but not limited to Articles I, IV, IX, and Table 1, Use Regulations, and to accept public comment thereon. Copies of the proposed amendments are available in the Town Clerk’s Office, the Planning Department, and on the Planning Department’s webpage: https://www.brewster-ma.gov/planning-board-and-planning-department. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Board in advance of the hearing at the address provided above or by email to brewplan@brewster-ma.gov. At the hearing, the Planning Board may vote to make recommendations to Town Meeting on said proposed amendments, either as currently drafted or as might be further amended by the Planning Board during the hearing.
