Case No. SWMP26-18: Owner/Applicant Town of Brewster has submitted a major stormwater management permit for property located at 1000 Freemans Way, Captains Golf Course, shown on Tax Map 119 Parcel 1-F, pursuant to Brewster Town Code Chapter 272 and its accompanying Regulations. The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to approve the major stormwater permit, as well as any waivers from said Regulations deemed necessary and applicable. This application was continued at the August 26, 2026 meeting.
